Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Long Beach, CA
We could tell you our Rotobrush system pulls pounds of debris from ductwork, but showing you is a different thing entirely. Since 2004, we’ve opened up return registers in Long Beach homes and found everything from forty-year-old plaster dust to dryer lint packed three feet deep. The photos below represent the kind of work we do every week in neighborhoods like Naples, Bixby Knolls, and Alamitos Heights. No stock photos here, just the condition ducts are actually in when we arrive, and what they look like when Roy Castellanos and his crew leave.

Whole-House Duct Cleaning in a 1970s Bixby Knolls Home
The homeowner called because every register in the house was blowing a fine gray film onto furniture. The return side of this system was carrying dust so thick in places you could peel it off in sheets. We ran our Nikro negative-air machine to put the system under vacuum, worked every branch line with the Rotobrush, and pulled roughly seven pounds of material out of a three-bedroom system. The registers stopped dusting surfaces within the first week.
Dryer Vent Cleaning After a Lint Backup in Los Altos
The dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a standard load, and a thermal inspection showed the vent was down to about fifteen percent airflow. Compacted lint had hardened into a plug near the roof cap in this single-story Los Altos home. We cleaned the entire run with a rotary brush, broke up the plug, and verified the vent was pulling air freely at the exit point. Cycle time dropped back to normal, and the dryer no longer shut itself off mid-cycle.
Supply-Air Duct Cleaning in a Belmont Shore Condo
Belmont Shore condos sit close to the water, which means salt air and humidity work their way into building systems. This unit’s supply ducts had accumulated a sticky film that held onto every bit of dust that passed through. We cleaned each supply line with the Rotobrush system and wiped out every boot by hand, then fogged with a sanitizer the homeowner kept smelling in the air for two days after. The musty smell that used to kick on with the air conditioner was gone.
Air Handler and Plenum Cleaning in a Wrigley Neighborhood Home
This one came to us as a simple duct cleaning, but the real problem was at the air handler. The blower wheel in this Wrigley home was carrying enough dirt to throw the wheel out of balance, and the plenum walls were lined with a quarter-inch of fine dust. We brushed the blower assembly by hand, wiped the plenum, and sealed a leaking seam with mastic before putting the system back into service. The vibration and hum the homeowner had lived with for years was gone.
Return-Air Duct Cleaning in a Bluff Heights Craftsman
Most of the return side in this Bluff Heights home ran through wall cavities, not dedicated ducts. That’s common in older Long Beach construction, and it means every decade of dust, plaster, and even some old fishing line from the previous owner settled in those chases. We vacuumed out the return cavity, brushed the accessible sections, and re-seated the grille so it no longer pulled air from inside the wall itself. The air coming from the vents stopped smelling like an attic.
Post-Renovation Duct Cleaning in a Naples Island Remodel
A Naples Island homeowner finished a kitchen remodel and realized the general contractor never sealed off the duct registers during drywall work. Every supply line in the house had taken on a load of fine white dust. We ran the full negative-air setup with brush agitation through each line, then wiped down every register and grille in the house. The family had young kids, so they appreciated that we stuck around to vacuum the immediate area around each vent opening before we left.
